In a 6-3 decision by the Supreme Court's Republicans, the court has dealt a severe blow to minority representation in Congress via a ruling in a Louisiana resdistricting case.
The Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision in the Louisiana redistricting case is the clearest sign yet the Roberts court is on a mission to reduce black and minority voting and Congressional representation. It’s consistent with the Republican dream of reviving the Jim Crow South.
