The Republican-controlled U.S. Supreme Court has once again ignored the Constitution and given Donald Trump the authority to usurp states' rights and take control of voting by mail. A Constitutional crisis seems to be lurking.
Years of Republican packing of federal courts continues to pay big dividends. The Roberts Republican majority on the Supreme Court doesn’t even bother with the U.S. Constitution anymore. The ruling allowing Trump to interfere with vote-by-mail proves it.
